Position: Showroom Sales Associate
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
Employment Type: Full time, 40+ hours/week
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Prior sales or interior design experience
Job Description:
Creative Kitchen & Bath, a division of Masters' Supply, Inc., is seeking someone who loves to work with others and possesses great customer service skills; who is detail oriented and either has or is eager to gain knowledge in plumbing. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers, contractors, designers and their clients in selecting from our wide range of high-quality products. Our Showroom Sales Associates provide expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including key accounts, to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
- Monitor sales/industry trends and product performance results to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage with vendors and builders to enhance profitability, increase sales, and expand our market presence.
- Uphold a professional image by continuously improving your sales skills and product knowledge.
- Utilize all avenues to ensure outstanding customer service by managing orders, quotations, sales and delivery.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum education level of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Prior sales or interior design experience is required for this position.
