This prime 60,000-square-foot facility, conveniently located within the I-75 corridor, will host our latest branch. Construction of the facility has already begun and will feature a state-of-the-art showroom, a convenient counter for streamlined customer service, a drive-thru for easy pick-ups, and ample warehouse space to support our expanding operations.
This new location marks a significant milestone as our first branch in Ohio, representing our continued expansion into new markets. We are excited to bring our high-quality products and services to the Cincinnati area.
Our grand opening is planned for Fall 2025. We believe this expansion will enhance our operations and contribute positively to the local economy.

We are delighted to announce the acquisition of PC Clark, a reputable supplier of plumbing and electrical products based in Campbellsville, KY. Since 1957, PC Clark has proudly served local businesses and homeowners with quality products and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Known for its knowledgeable staff and trusted expertise, the company has built a strong reputation for meeting the needs of its community with integrity and excellence. As PC Clark becomes a valued part of Masters' Supply, the Campbellsville location will continue to operate under the PC Clark name.

This October, we proudly celebrated Employee Ownership Month at Masters' Supply! As a certified employee-owned company, we took the opportunity to honor our employee-owners with a month filled with appreciation, fun, and prizes.
Each of our 10 store locations hosted a special lunch, where employees enjoyed a meal together and had a chance to win gift cards. Employees were invited to watch a video about the value of employee ownership and answer five questions to enter.
Employee Ownership Month was a fantastic way to honor the dedication and hard work of our employee-owners, and we look forward to celebrating again next year!

Masters’ Supply Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Nathan Wachtel to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. Nathan has been a vital part of the company for 19 years, beginning his career with Masters’ Supply during his high school and college summers.
Throughout his tenure, Nathan has held various roles across the company, starting in Operations and later helping to open the Shelbyville branch in 2006. He established the Commercial Quotations division in Lexington and built strong relationships with contractors and clients in Louisville during his time in outside sales.
In 2015, Nathan was appointed Chief Financial Officer, and in 2022, he assumed the role of Executive Vice President. His financial expertise and strategic leadership have contributed to the long-term growth and success of the company.
As a dedicated leader who exemplifies the values of our employee-owned company, Nathan is committed to driving Masters’ Supply into the future.

We are excited to announce the acquisition of Dal-Rs, Inc., a respected supply company based in Somerset, KY. Dal-Rs will now operate as a division of Masters' Supply, transitioning to an employee-owned model while retaining its established name and continuing its current operations.
Masters' Supply looks forward to building on the strong foundation that Dal-Rs has established, furthering its commitment to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

This year marks a significant milestone as Masters' Supply celebrates its 85th Anniversary. In honor of this achievement, our Employee-Owned Committee organized a Shareholder Conference, which took place over the weekend.
The conference was a remarkable celebration of our company's history, accomplishments, and the individuals who have been integral to our success.
The conference, held at French Lick, Indiana, saw an impressive 80% employee attendance across all eight branches and our distribution center. It was an overnight event that included round table discussions, a formal dinner, leadership speeches, a video presentation, prize drawings, and commemorative swag bags.
The conference surpassed all expectations, and the feedback from employees has been overwhelmingly positive. It has reinforced our collective commitment to building a better and stronger company together.
