The Chemtrol® true union ball check valve stops the flow of media in one direction while allowing flow in the opposite direction, with minimum turbulence and chatter while maintaining pump prime. The valve's injection molded CPVC construction with FKM O-ring is ideal for use in systems for hot corrosive liquids, hot and cold water distribution, chemical processing, industrial plating, de-ionized water lines, chemical drainage, waste water treatment systems and similar applications above the temperature range of PVC. The original Chemtrol® true union design allows the valve and operational components to be conveniently lifted from the piping system for repair or replacement.
