This recessed outlet box is designed to be installed in the stud bay, minimizing bulkiness and increasing living space. It features a snap-on frame and a forward-mounted valve that gives easy access for on/off operation. Made of high-temperature PVC resin, this fire-rated icemaker outlet box (with faceplate) measures 8-5/16 in width x 7-7/8 in height and is available with a variety of different valve types.
